CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Successful booking will generate a Receipt which will be considered final for your booking.
2. If the booking receipt is not generated the booking is not confirmed and if the amount is cut from your bank please contact your bank for the same.
3. Bookings can be cancelled upto 7 days prior to the date activity and full refund will be refunded in that case.
4. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded and full amount will be charged as cancellation charge.
5. If your refund is approved it will be credit to the bank account that you will have to mail at our mail id within 15 working days.
